Terms of Service

1. What German Interview Trainer is

German Interview Trainer is an AI-powered German interview-training service for customer-service job seekers. It provides simulated job interviews with an AI interviewer, spoken-language drills, speech-clarity and grammar feedback, progress tracking, and private tools that can help you organize opportunities you choose to review. It is a candidate-side training and organization tool: German Interview Trainer is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, job board, hiring authority, or official language-certification provider. It does not represent or act for any employer or recruiter and does not guarantee that you will receive a response, pass an interview, obtain an offer, or obtain any job.

2. Your account

You need an account (email + password) to use the service. Keep your credentials private; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old. One account per person.

3. Plans, prices, and limits

A new account includes all training drills and one initial live interview, free and without a card. There is no time-limited trial period. The measured evaluation of an interview — level, bottleneck and next step — requires a paid plan, and this is stated before an interview starts. Paid plans (currently Basic and Elite, priced in Egyptian Pounds on the pricing page inside the app) unlock daily live-interview minutes and additional training features. Daily minutes reset at midnight (Africa/Cairo) and do not roll over. Prices may change; changes never apply retroactively to an already-paid period.

4. Candidate Passport and opportunity guidance

You are responsible for keeping Candidate Passport facts, preferences, CV facts, and application answers accurate and current. Fit scores, readiness states, shortlists, predicted questions, and suggested next steps are automated training guidance, not facts supplied by an employer and not a hiring decision. When you import or ask the service to analyze an opportunity or response, it may automatically store a bounded structured classification in your private record before you review it. That classification may be incomplete or wrong, and you are responsible for reviewing and correcting it before acting. A low or incomplete readiness result must not be treated as an instruction that you cannot apply; you remain responsible for deciding which opportunities to pursue.

5. Applications and third-party services

German Interview Trainer does not submit job applications, send recruiter messages, sign in to job boards, bypass access controls, or monitor your mailbox. Any application link opens a third-party official page where you must review and submit the application yourself. You are responsible for the accuracy of every answer and document, for avoiding duplicate applications, and for complying with the job board's and employer's terms. Job listings, deadlines, availability, requirements, and external links may change or be inaccurate; verify them on the official destination before acting.

6. Payments

Current payments are manual Vodafone Cash transfers verified by us. Before showing transfer instructions, the app creates an internal support reference; Vodafone Cash itself has no transfer-note field, so matching uses the amount and the final four digits of the sending wallet. Access is activated only after the transfer is confirmed; there is no automatic renewal or card charge. See the refund policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, resell, or attempt to disrupt the service; do not use it to harass the AI-generated interviewer personas in ways intended to generate abusive content; do not share one account between multiple people. Do not use the service to fabricate qualifications, impersonate another person, automate bulk applications or messages, scrape a third-party service without authorization, bypass CAPTCHA or access controls, or spam employers or recruiters. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

8. Honest metrics

Scores, readiness verdicts, and feedback are produced by deterministic rules and automated language analysis. They are training signals, not official language certificates (they are not a substitute for Goethe/telc/ÖSD examinations) and not hiring decisions.

9. Intellectual property

The service, its content, drills, and software remain our property. You keep full ownership of your own spoken answers; you grant us the limited right to process them to operate the service (see the privacy policy).

10. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for hiring outcomes, lost opportunities, or indirect damages.

11. Termination

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us from your account email. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 8–10 survive termination.
