Use the product before you pay — free, no card

Every new account gets all training drills and a first live interview, free and without a card. You experience the real product — the German, the interviewer, the exercises — before any money changes hands. What a paid plan adds is the measured evaluation of your sessions (your level, your biggest bottleneck, your next step) and daily live interviews. This is stated on the screen before you start an interview, not discovered afterwards.

Payments are non-refundable

Because the drills and a full interview are free to try first, purchases are non-refundable. Once a plan is paid, the amount is not returned.

No automatic renewals

German Interview Trainer does not charge cards or renew plans automatically. A new period requires a new manual payment that you choose to make — you are never charged without acting.

Technical failures on our side

If a paid live session fails for confirmed technical reasons on our side (no audio, server error), contact us and we will restore the affected minutes or provide equivalent access. This is service recovery, not a cash refund.

Prices include all payment fees

The price shown on the pricing page is the full amount. Card, wallet and bank-transfer processing fees are ours, never added to your total, and paying by card costs exactly the same as paying by wallet or transfer.

Questions about a charge

If a charge looks wrong, contact us first with your payment reference and we will answer within five working days. Raising it with us directly is faster than a bank dispute, and we can correct our own records immediately.
